Hi, I’m coach alexandra!
As a recovering emetophobe after 24 years, trust me when I say that anything you’re going through when dealing with emetophobia and/or anxiety I’ve either done it, heard it, or thought about. My childhood was adventurous, but as I became older and my sense of awareness and independence heightened, the more I delighted I was to take control over avoiding the unavoidable. My 20’s? Mostly home and scared of the world. My 30’s? Confronted myself to search for freedom and got just that! Now, I became a coach to help anyone willing to put in the effort to find their freedom! To keep this short, allow me to just commend myself and anyone that has fought and is still fighting to live the life we all deserve. Welcome to the beginning of the rest of your life! I hope that any resource I provide will help you in any way shape or form. See you on the other side!
My Approach
I don’t judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree. Meaning, we are all perfectly uniquely made! Our learning style is unique to us and that is my number one priority when it comes to coaching you through your recovery. I want to know you enough that if you require us to choreograph a dance to learn, then so be it!
Dream it
When you believe you can do something, your mind is much more inclined to make it happen. I know you have dreams of overcoming those mental blocks, so, congratulations-you’ve completed the first step towards your recovery!
Build it
Building a strong mindset isn’t what feels difficult. It’s using the new building blocks you’ve learned and implementing them even if you don’t feel like it. That’s where progress happens. In the end, I’ll be your cheerleader, coach, accountability partner, and teacher, but you must get up and walk the walk. When you do, there’s no way you won’t overcome emetophobia & anxiety! You’ got this!
